On Aug. 29, Tired Hands Brewing Co. released two batches of the first in a new series of blended saisons called Individuation.
The two batches, Florid and Florid, Dry Hop are two oak fermented saisons but one is dry-hopped with Hüll Melon hops.
Florid is a slightly spiced blended orange-hued Saison. Fermented and conditioned entirely in French oak for six months, blended, and then bottled.
Tomorrow at noon at our @fermentaria we will be releasing the first two offerings in our Individuation series: Florid and Florid, Dry Hop. Both are oak fermented, blended and lightly spiced Saison. Florid, Dry Hop enjoyed a healthy dry hopping with Hull Melon. Both beers are ~9 months old at this point. Florid is $18 a bottle and Dry Hop is $20 a bottle. Two bottles of each beer will be available per person. There are almost 700 bottles of each beer available to the public on Sunday. See you tomorrow!
