A brand new canned sour ale from Prairie Artisan Ales is meant to replicate the flavors of a popular desert.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is a 4.9 percent ABV sour ale brewed with cherries, pecans, pineapples and yellow cake. The beer was released as a draft-only option earlier this month, although that version came in at a slightly lower 4.8 percent ABV.

According to a post on Prairie’s Instagram page, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake will be packaged in 12-ounce cans that are scheduled to begin shipping to retailers nationwide “next week.”
