Imperial IPA

Lengthwise Zeus Imperial IPA

Established in 1998 in Bakersfield, Calif., Lengthwise Brewing Co. brews big beers including its ever popular Zeus Imperial IPA.Zeus was the sky and thunder God in ancient Greek religion who ruled as king of the Gods of Mount Olympus and this bold beer deserves the title of the strongest of the Greek Gods. Zeus Imperial IPA is brewed mainly with 2-row barley and a bit of 40L crystal malt with Zeus hops added in the kettle and then intensely dry-hopped with Citra hops in both the fermenter and bright beer tank.

Dogfish Head Burton Baton

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery really needs no introduction to anyone that at least knows something about the industry. Started in 1995 by Sam Calagione in Rehoboth Beach, Del., Dogfish Head is at the top of its game when it comes to pushing the limits on what odd ingredients can be added to the mash and produced into amazing, innovative and over-the-top brews. Of course, its slogan fits its beers to a tee, Off-centered Ales For Off-centered People.

Alaskan Imperial IPA

The inception of Alaskan Brewing Co. dates back to 1986 when Marcy and Geoff Larson were 28-years-old. One cool thing about them, other than being in Alaska, is that they were the first brewery in the US to install a carbon dioxide recovery system and as a result have not bought carbon dioxide in over 13 years.
