PRAIRIE FILES LABEL FOR SUNDAE SERVICE BARREL-AGED STOUT

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Prairie Artisan Ales is working on releasing Sundae Service a 13 percent ABV imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with cherries, chocolate, fudge, peanuts, sprinkles, and vanilla. As the name suggests, the flavors in the new stout were inspired by the flavors found in a hot fudge sundae.

Sundae Service will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles. In addition, while the beer label attached to this story is the label that was approved by TTB, Prairie frequently changes the final designs of labels before the beers are released to the market.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
