Close to one year after it was seen for the first time in cans, Wicked Weed Brewing has released French Toast Stout in bottles.

According to a post on Asheville, N.C.-based brewery’s Facebook page, the beer remains an 8.8 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with “copious amounts” of cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla. The stout was first released as a draft-only option in 2014 and was packaged in 16-ounce cans in January 2016, but this is the first time it has been sold in bottles.

In addition, there is a Barrel-Aged French Toast (10 percent ABV) aged in bourbon barrels from Kentucky in the works, although release details on that beer have not been made public as of yet.

The newest incarnation of French Toast Stout was released yesterday packaged in 500ml bottles at both the Brewpub and Funkatorium, with bottles scheduled to hit distribution “within the next couple weeks.”
