In December 2016, Westbrook Brewing Co. released a beer to commemorate its sixth anniversary in business, and now two barrel-aged variants of that beer are on sale.

The first variant is Bourbon 6th Anniversary Hazelnut Chocolate Imperial Stout, a 10 percent ABV brewed with candi syrup before being conditioned on cocoa nibs, roasted hazelnuts and vanilla beans and aged in bourbon barrels for over a year.

In addition, the Mount Pleasant, S.C.-based brewery has released Cabernet 6th Anniversary Hazelnut Chocolate Imperial Stout, a 10 percent ABV brewed with candi syrup before being conditioned on cocoa nibs, roasted hazelnuts and vanilla beans and aged in cabernet wine barrels for more than a year.

According to a post on Westbrook’s Instagram page, both variants are on sale at the brewery now packaged in 22-ounce bottles ($20) and feature a purchase limit of four bottles per person.
