According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Westbrook Brewing Co. is working on bottling Fruit/Wood/Time: Montmorency & Balaton Cherry, a 5.9 percent ABV blended oak-aged sour ale refermented with two pounds of montmorency and balaton cherries per gallon of beer for six months. The base ale is a fifty/fifty blend of two different beers: one was aged in wine barrels for two years while the other was aged in a foeder for two years.

The ale was first released as a draft-only option in January, but this will be the first time it has been packaged. Fruit/Wood/Time: Montmorency & Balaton Cherry will be sold in 500ml bottles.
