According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Westbrook Brewing Co. is working on canning Lemon Cucumber Gose, a 4 percent ABV gose-style ale brewed with cucumbers and lemons. The variant uses Westbrook’s extremely popular Gose (4 percent ABV) as its base and was first released as a draft-only option in August 2017.
Westbrook has incorporated different flavors into its popular Gose ale before, with past releases including Key Lime Pie Gose (4 percent ABV), Margarita Gose (4.5 percent ABV) and Blueberry Coconut Gose (4 percent ABV.)
Lemon Cucumber Gose will be packaged in 12-ounce cans. An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
