Next weekend, Weldwerks Brewing Co. will be releasing a new collaboration with Mikerphone Brewing Co. named Sweet Distribution, a 13.8 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with “an absurd amount of maple syrup” before being aged in both bourbon and rum barrels for 18 months. The stout was then conditioned on vanilla beans from Madagascar and Papua New Guinea before being bottled.

The two breweries have joined forces on beers multiple times in the past, including Juicy Bits double IPA (8.5 percent ABV) and Branded Flannel milk stout (7.1 percent ABV), both of which were released last year.

According to a post on Weldwerks Facebook page, Sweet Disposition will be packaged in 22-ounce bottles ($28) and will feature a two bottle per person purchase limit when it is released exclusively at the brewery on Aug. 18. In addition, a comment on from Weldwerks account indicates that there will be “more than 1,000” bottles available.
