For the third time in a year, Weathered Souls Brewing Co. has collaborated with Mostra Coffee, this time to celebrate the coffee company’s fifth anniversary.

The resulting creation is Double Barrel Mostra Cavernous, a 13.8 percent ABV stout aged in both apple brandy barrels before being transferred to a barrel that previously held Blanton’s bourbon for three months. The stout was then conditioned on toasted and raw coconut as well as brownie batter and cocoa nibs before being bottled.

According a post on the Weathered Souls Facebook page, the San Antonio-based brewery will be releasing DB Mostra Cavernous will be packaged in 500ml bottles ($27) and will have a one bottle per person purchase limit when it is released on Jan. 26.
