Victory Brewing Co. is working on a new IPA brewed to be both “fruity and dry.”

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), that beer is Fizzy Bizness, a 7.2 percent ABV “Brut IPA” that is brewed with Centennial and Sabro hops. So called “Brut” beers typically use various techniques in order to try and replicate the dryness and other aspects of Champagne.

The new beer will be a new addition to the Pennsylvania-based brewery’s Limited Release Series and will be packaged in 16-ounce cans.

An email sent to the brewery about pricing, release information and distribution details was not immediately returned.
