Fans of The Veil Brewing Co. are accustomed to beers being released on Tuesdays, but today marks an important milestone.
The Richmond, Va.-based brewery is releasing the newest version of whiteferrari, an 8 percent ABV double IPA brewed with Citra and Galaxy hops. The IPA debuted in late 2016, but this is the first time it has been sold this year and is also the largest batch of beer The Veil has ever brewed after upgrading its brewing capacity.
“We’ve spent the last 6-8 weeks dialing in our new brewhouses,” reads a post on the brewery’s Facebook page. “Essentially relearning our process and slowly tweaking things to get us back to where we were and eventually to an even better place than before our equipment upgrades. We finally achieved what we were shooting for and decided to bring back what we believe to be our most elegant, soft, luxurious hoppy beer we make.”
According to The Veil Brewing, the newest release of whiteferrari will be packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans ($16.50) with a two case per person purchase limit and approximately 400-450 cases available.
