For fans of Upslope Brewing Co.’s annual Pumpkin Ale, you will only have to wait one more week. The Boulder, Colo.-based brewery has announced that it will begin selling the beer next Tuesday, the fourth consecutive year Upslope has made a pumpkin.
“Our Pumpkin Ale made adding organic baby bear pumpkins to malt and hops makes this truly a local farm to brewhouse collaboration,” says a press release. “A custom blend of six spices rounds out the flavors in this highly anticipated beer.”
First introduced in 2011, this year’s incarnation is a 7.7 percent ABV ale will be available on draft and in 16-ounce cans. On Sept. 30, 2014, the brewery will hold a release party at its Flatiron Park tap room, while distribution to Arizona, Colorado, Texas and Wyoming will begin on Oct. 1, 2014.
