A new addition to Upslope Brewing Co.’s series of creations that celebrates the brewery’s original facility “utilizes the funkier side” of its barrel program.
The brewery’s Lee Hill Series, which commemorates the original brewery location at Lee Hill in Boulder, is now used to produce small-batch releases every quarter. The 22nd addition to the series is Wild Christmas Ale with Colorado Plums clocks in at 9.4 percent ABV and features an oak foader-aged wild ale aged on over a thousand pounds of Colorado-grown red plums.
According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Lee Hill Series Volume 22: Wild Christmas Ale with Colorado Plums will be packaged in 19.2-ounce cans.
