According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Upland Brewing Co. will be releasing Oak Brux, a 4.5 percent ABV American wild ale fermented 100 percent with brettanomyces bruxellensis yeast before being aged for eight months in barrels constructed from “no-toast French oak heads and medium-long toast American oak staves.”

Oak Brux will be packaged in 750ml bottles. An email sent to the Bloomington, Ind.-based brewery for additional information was not returned.
