According to filings with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Tyranena Brewing Co. will be releasing Socialite, an imperial brown ale aged in red wine barrels. The ale will join the Lake Mills, Wis.-based brewery’s Brewer’s Gone Wild! Series, which is made up of “big, bold, ballsy beers” that are released “on a whim.”
“A fine specimen of an ale with a vinous flair,” reads the beer label. “A body on the lighter side of amber. Dry. Oaked. A drink to be enjoyed by the proletariat, bourgeoisie and bluebloods alike.”
Socialite will be packaged in 12-ounce bottles. An email sent to the brewery asking for details on a release date, brewing information and distribution plans was not immediately returned.
