Later today, Turning Point Beer’s first barrel-aged mix-culture creation will get a fruited brother.

The beer in question is Wildish Gambino with Cherries, a 6.9 percent ABV Belgian-inspired Flanders Red ale that has been aged in red wine barrels with both sweet and tart cherries.

As the name suggests, the base beer is Wildish Gambino, a 6.9 percent ABV Belgian-inspired Flanders Red ale that was been aged between 18-20 months in red wine barrels before being released in June.

According to a post on the Bedford, Texas-based brewery’s Facebook page, Wildish Gambino with Cherries is packaged in 500ml bottles ($17) and will be available starting today with no purchase limit.
