The newest release from Turning Point Beer is a sports lover’s dream beer.

Lemon-Lime Quencher is a 6.5 percent ABV berliner weisse-syle ale brewed with “an obscene amount” of sports drink powder.

This is the second beer sold under the “Quencher” moniker, after the Bedford, Texas-based brewery released Quencher, a 4.5 percent ABV “electrolyte infused fruit punch inspired” gose-style sour ale brewed with salt and fruit punch sport drink powder in June.

According to posts on Turning Point’s Facebook page and website, Lemon-Lime Quencher is packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans ($15) that are on sale at the brewery starting today with no purchase limits.
