After more than three years in business, Turning Point Beer has released its first barrel-aged mix-culture beer.

That ale is Wildish Gambino, a 6.9 percent ABV Belgian-inspired Flanders Red ale that has been aged between 18-20 months in red wine barrels.

While this is the first barrel-aged mix-culture beer released by the Bedford, Texas-based brewery, it will not the last: within two months the brewery will be releasing Wildish Gambino With Cherries, the same Belgian-inspired Flanders Red ale that has been conditioned on both sweet and tart cherries.

According to a post on Turning Point’s Facebook page, Wildish Gambino is packaged in 500ml bottles ($12) and is starting today with no purchase limit.
