Trillium Brewing Co. and J. Wakefield Brewing have teamed up again, this time to produce a beer inspired by a popular Italian dessert.

Tiramisu is a 10.6 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with 500 pounds of Lady Fingers from Salem, Mass.-based AJs Bakery, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans, brown sugar and a blend of coffees from both Barrington Coffee Roasting Co. in Boston and San Diego-based Mostra Coffee.

This is the second dessert-style beer that the two breweries have joined forces on after Affogato imperial stout (13.3 percent ABV) was released at Trillium last year.

According to a post on Trillium’s Instagram page, Tiramisu is packaged in 22-ounce bottles ($16.05) and will have a three bottles per person limit total and can be purchased at either of the brewery’s two locations when it is released today.
