A new dessert inspired imperial stout is on the way from Trillium Brewing Co. just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Coffee Cake is a 12.9 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with coffee sourced from Barrington Coffee Roasting Co., Madagascar vanilla beans, Vietnamese cinnamon and lactose sugar.

Trillium has collaborated with breweries in the past to release dessert-inspired stouts, including Affogato and Tiramisu with J. Wakefield Brewing; Coconut Pecan Pie with Perennial Artisan Ales; and Nanaimo, a joint effort with Toronto-based Bellwoods Brewery and New York-based Evil Twin Brewing.

According to a post on Trillium’s website and an email sent to Tenemu, Coffee Cake is packaged in 22-ounce bottles ($18.05) with a two bottles per person purchase limit and can be purchased at either of the brewery’s two locations when it is released on Nov. 17.
