Trillium Brewing Co. has a new dessert-inspired imperial stout for fans who visit the brewery today.

Chocolate Pistachio Bark is a 13 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with chocolate, Madagascar vanilla beans, pistachios and lactose sugar. Trillium has released a number of dessert-inspired stouts in the past, including Coffee CakeResolution Break and Coconut Pecan Pie, which was a collaboration with Perennial Artisan Ales.

According to a post on Trillium’s website, Chocolate Pistachio Bark is packaged in 750ml bottles ($18.05) with a three bottles per person purchase limit and can be purchased at either of the brewery’s two locations when it is released today.
