Another very popular collaboration between Trillium Brewing Co. and J. Wakefield Brewing is now on sale.

Barrel-Aged Tiramisu is a 13.2 percent ABV imperial stout 500 pounds of Lady Fingers from Salem, Mass.-based AJs Bakery, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans, brown sugar and a blend of coffees from both Barrington Coffee Roasting Co. in Boston and San Diego-based Mostra Coffee. The new beer then spend “almost a year” aging in bourbon barrels before being bottled.

As the name indicates, the base beer is the joint effort between the two breweries named Tiramisu imperial stout that was released at Trillium in March 2018.

According to a post on Trillium’s Twitter page, Barrel-Aged Tiramisu Tiramisu is packaged in 22-ounce bottles ($26.05) and there is a one bottle per person limit that can be purchased at either of the brewery’s two locations now.
