Trillium Brewing Co. is releasing a new collaboration brewed with Cloudwater Brew Co., Monkish Brewing Co., Other Half Brewing Co. and The Veil Brewing Co.

Fireplace Bananas is a 10.4 percent ABV imperial stout brewed with bananas in five different forms: dehydrated chips, dried,  flame grilled, ground up and purée. According to the Boston-based brewery, “…the equivalent of 30,000 bananas generated about 25% of the fermentable sugars for this beer. That’s about four bananas for every 750ml bottle!”

According to Trillium, Fireplace Bananas is being released today packaged in 750ml bottles ($16.05) and has a two bottle per person purchase limit at both of the brewery’s locations.
