Vista, Calif.-based Toolbox Brewing Co. recently announced the release of two more additions to its Barrel Aged Series.
The two new additions to the series are Eau d’Vine and Ruby barrel-aged sour.
Eau d’Vine is an American wild ale aged in French oak white wine barrels with California grapes, and has an ABV of 6.5 percent. Ruby is an American wild ale aged in French oak white wine barrels, as well, but with local organic ruby red grapefruit and young ginger, and is dry-hopped with Mosaic hops, and has an ABV of 6.5 percent.
Both will be packaged in 750 mL bottles, with a total of 600 bottles of Eau d’Vine and 750 bottles of Ruby for sale. Eau d’Vine will be $24 per bottle and Ruby will be $22 per bottle.
Both will only be for sale via the Brown Paper Tickets website starting Saturday, April 2 at 12 p.m. PDT. There is a four bottle per beer per person limit. Bottles will be available for pickup on April 16-17.
