As the temperatures rise, so does the desire for a lighter, crisper beer to cool down. Pilsners are always good choice on a hot day. A new brew from Tomfoolery Brewing Co. should fit your cool down needs: Not So Old Bohemian pilsner.
This Bohemian-style pilsner seems fit for summer sessions at 5 percent ABV, 27 IBU, brewed with whole leaf sazz hops, per a recently approved label by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB).
Not So Old will be available year round, joining the many beers Tomfoolery regularly produces. Fans will soon be able to pick up six packs of 12-ounce cans in beer outlets in the coming months. It will debut on draft at the brewery’s taproom, The Foolery, in Hammonton, N.J. on May 29.
