After brewing it for the first time in two months ago, Tired Hands Brewing Co. will now be selling bottles of Freedom From The Known.

The 7.2 percent ABV saison is brewed with both red wheat and rye malt before being fermented in oak. The beer was then conditioned on top of a blend of tart and sweet cherries source from Three Springs Fruit Farm in Wenksville, Pa. “at a rate of two pounds per gallon of beer.” According to a post on the Ardmore, Pa.-based brewery’s Instagram page, “the extended bottle conditioning has created an even more expressive beer dripping with pungent cherry notes.”

The saison was first released at Tired Hands’ Fermentaria as a draft-only option on August 9.

Freedom From The Known is packaged in 500ml bottles ($18) and will be available for sale on Oct. 18 with a limited of three bottles per person.
