Tired Hands Brewing Co. is releasing bottles of Shambolic tomorrow, but there is a twist.

While the beer remains the same 6.5 percent ABV spelt saison that has been dry-hopped with both nelson sauvin and simcoe hops, this is the first batch that has been fermented in foudres. According to a post on the Ardmore, Pa.-base brewery’s Instagram page, the beer is “three months old at this point and tasting really great.”

This is the fourth time that Shambolic has been released in bottles since it debuted in 2014.

According to Tired Hands, Shambolic will be packaged in 500ml bottles and there will be a three bottle per person limit when it goes on sale tomorrow at the Fermentaria.
