Tired Hands Brewing Co. is releasing a new collaboration beer in cans tomorrow.
The new beer being released by the Ardmore, Pa.-based brewery is GATHERER, an 11.5 percent “foraged honey imperial stout” brewed with ingredients foraged a farm: honey suckle, mugwort, and ao shiso. In addition, over 100 pounds of Pennsylvania wildflower honey were added before the beer was packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans ($24).
It was brewed in collaboration with Gary, Ind.-based 18th Street Brewery, and uses its Hunter stout (8 percent ABV) recipe as a base.
In addition, Tired Hands will be selling the latest release of Alien Church, a 7 percent ABV oat IPA brewed with oats and hopped with centennial, chinook, Citra, Columbus and Mosaic hops that is packaged in four-packs of 16-ounce cans ($16.)
According to a post on Tired Hands’ Instagram page, both beers will go on sale at the Fermentaria on Friday starting at 5 p.m.
