Tired Hands Brewing Co.’s newest bottle release shares a name with a beer sold on tap earlier this year.
The Ardmore, Pa.-based brewery will be releasing bottles of Corallet, a “coral hued” saison fermented in oak barrels and fermented the same yeast used in Out Of The Emptiness (7 percent ABV). In addition, the new release was conditioned on top of the same cherries used in another Tired Hands beer, Freedom From the Known (7.2 percent ABV).
Tired Hands released a beer with the same name in September, but that version was fermented with the same yeast culture as Freedom From The Known and was not conditioned on cherries.
According to a post on the brewery’s Instagram page, Corallet will be packaged in 500ml bottles ($16) and will be limited to three bottles per person when it goes on sale at Tired Hands on Dec. 13.
