Next year, The Veil Brewing Co. is planning on expanding in a major way.
The Richmond, Va.-based brewery is planning on opening a new brewpub 90 minutes southeast in the town of Norfolk, Va. The new facility will be located in the Railroad District of Norfolk at 2314 Colonial Ave., which is the former Norfolk Chop House location.

In addition, the brewery will be holding a preview of what is to come at Enjoy, “a new space dedicated to the joy of creative exploration, hosting curated experiences in food, art, and culture right on Granby Street.”
The event will run from Nov. 2 to Nov. 4 and will feature a sneak peek of the food menu by cook Ian Hock of Codex as well as beers from Trillium Brewing Co., Monkish Brewing Co. and Other Half Brewing Co.
According to a post on The Veil Brewing Co.’s Facebook page, the new brewpub is currently scheduled to open in “late Spring of 2019.”
