The Collective Brewing Project is is bottling its third beer today.
The beer is Urban Funkhouse, a 7.2 percent ABV farmhouse saison that is brewed with brettanomyces and barrel-fermented. The beer was first released by the Fort Worth, Texas-based brewery last year as a draft-only option, and this is the first time it has been bottled.
This is the third release that Collective Brewing has packaged in bottles, after American Sour Red (6.5 percent ABV) was released last summer and Petite Golden Sour (4.5 percent ABV) was released last month.
According to a post on Collective Brewing’s Facebook page, there will be approximately 1,400 500ml bottles available when it goes on sale in mid-March.
