The Bruery is getting funky with its latest creation.
The newest beer to be released under The Bruery’s Terreux brand is named Elements of Funk – Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, a 6.5 percent ABV “specialty blonde ale.” The new release will be included for members of the Placenita, Calif.-based brewery’s Reserve Society.
Information posted on The Bruery’s website indicates that Brettanomyces Bruxellensis will join three other beers that will be released this year under the Elements of Funk moniker: Elements of Funk – Brettanomyces Lambicus, Elements of Funk – Brettanomyces Claussenii and Elements of Funk – Brettanomyces Trois.
According to filings with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the new bottle-conditioned limited release will be packaged in 750ml bottles. An email sent to the brewery for additional details was not immediately returned.
