The Bruery, located in Placentia, Calif., has filed a new label with Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) for Share This Coffee.
Share This Coffee is an Imperial stout with an ABV of 11.9 percent, and is treated with bourbon and catimor coffee beans from the Cagat family farm on the Filipino island of Mindanao.
It is a part of the Share This Series, a series of beers that allows production at The Bruery to showcase unique ingredients and benefit charitable causes from around the world. The Share This Series will be released twice yearly.
Share This Coffee is the first in the Share This Series and will be available on June 1, 2016. For every bottle sold of Share This Coffee, $1 will be donated to Free Wheelchair Mission (FWM), a nonprofit organization that provides wheelchairs to people living with disabilities in developing nations.
