According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), The Bruery is working on releasing Bakery Oatmeal Cookie, a 10.2 percent ABV imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels with cinnamon, granola and  raisins. The beer will then be packaged in 16-ounce cans.

The new stout will join a number of other beers in the  the Placentia, Calif.-based brewery’s Bakery Series,  including Bakery Coconut Macaroons and Bakery Banana Bread.

An email sent the the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
