Details about The Bruery’s newest Reserve Society exclusive release have come to light.
According to filings with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Cinnamonk is a 12.1 percent ABV imperial sout brown ale brewed with blueberries and cinnamon before being aged in bourbon barrels. Information posted on The Bruery’s website indicates that the new release will be exclusively available to members of the Placenita, Calif.-based brewery’s Reserve Society.
According to the label, the new bottle-conditioned limited release under The Bruery’s Terreux brand will be packaged in 750ml bottles. An email sent to the brewery for additional details was not immediately returned.
