The Alchemist has filed a label for a new version of a creation that originated as an homage to head brewer John Kimmich’s son Charlie.

According a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), that beer is Wild Child Peche, a 7.1 percent ABV golden sour ale aged between one and three years in oak barrels and conditioned on fresh peaches before being packaged in 375mil bottles. As the name implies, the base beer is the Stowe, Vt.-based brewery’s Wild Child that debuted in bottles in 2017.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
