Terrapin Beer Co.’s newest release is a different kind of collaboration, and it is being released tomorrow.
The beer is All American Oat Pale Ale, a 6.5 percent ABV pale ale brewed with ingredients from three different farms around the country: Roy Farms Inc. in Moxee, Wash. supplied the Azacca, centennial, chinook and Columbus hops; Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. in Chilton, Wis. supplied flaked oats and crystal malts while Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham, N.C. supplied the two-row malt that was used as the base for the beer.
