A former draft-only collaboration between Terrapin Beer Co. and a former Atlanta Braves player may be making the jump to cans.

Frenchy’s Blues is a 5 percent ABV berliner weisse-style ale brewed with Fuggle hops and fresh blueberries sourced from Major League Blueberries in Nicholls, Ga. that wills be packaged in 12-ounce cans. That farm is operated by Jeff Francoeur—nicknamed Frenchy, who played right fielder for various Major League Baseball teams from 2005-2016—along with his father-in-law Malcolm McCoy and blueberry expert Winn Morgan.

The ale has been available exclusively as a draft-only option since it was released by the Athens, Ga.-based brewery, although those draft versions have ranged in ABV between 4.2 percent and 5.2 percent.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
