According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Terrapin Beer Co. is working on releasing Tequila Barrel-Aged Watermelon Gose, a 5 percent ABV gose-style ale brewed with coriander, watermelon and sea salt before being aged in tequila barrels and packaged in 16-ounce cans.

As the name suggests, the new beer will use the Athens, Ga.-based brewery Watermelon Gose as its base, a 4.3 percent ABV beer that was the first gose-style ale Terrapin ever released.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
