Stone Brewing Co. has released a brand new beer, but it is only available in a new mixed pack.
The beer is Vanilla Bean Porter, a 5.9 percent ABV porter brewed with magnum and Mt. Hood hops as well as Madagascar vanilla beans. The new porter is a “fresh, smokeless twist” on the Escondido, Calif.-based brewery’s Smoked Porter (5.9 percent ABV) which was first released in 1996.
According to Stone sales materials, Vanilla Bean Porter is being sold exclusively in the new Cabin Fever sampler, which is available in either a 12- or 24-mixed pack that includes four different beers in equal numbers:
- Stone Vanila Bean Porter (5.9 percent ABV) — porter brewed with Magnum and Mt. Hood hops as well as Madagascar vanilla beans
- Stone Coffee Milk Stout (5 percent ABV) — milk stout brewed with Magnum hops and roasted coffee beans
- Stone Ruination Double IPA 2.0 (8.5 percent ABV) — double IPA brewed with Azacca, centennial, Citra, Magnum, nugget and Simcoe hops
- Stone Delicious IPA (7.7 percent ABV) — IPA brewed with calypso, El Dorado, lemondrop and nugget hops
Vanilla Bean Porter is included exclusively in the Cabin Fever sampler and is being released to retailers across Stone’s nationwide distribution network starting this week.
