Stillwater Artisanal Ales and Trillium Brewing Co. have collaborated on a new beer.

In an email, Brian Strumke, founder of Stillwater Artisanal Ales, told Tenemu that the as yet unnamed beer will be a wild fermented gose brewed with Stonington sea salt that has been aged on chien blanc grape must and dry-hopped with both Citra and hallertau blanc hops. The new gose was brewed at Boston-based Trillium on Sept. 26.

Although release and distribution details are still being finalized, Strumke indicated that the new beer will be packaged in both bottles and on draft when it is released.
