Southern Tier Brewing Co. will soon be releasing a new beer in its Shake Shop Series. The new milkshake IPA, known as Vanilla Whipp, will feature Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Azacca hops as well as milk sugars and vanilla. And while the brewery had previously released a different vanilla milkshake IPA, this iteration will clock in at a lower 6.5 percent ABV.
Prior to this beer, the Shake Shop series saw the introduction of a Chocolate Milkshake beer which was released back in April.
According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the Lakewood, N.Y.-based brewery will be releasing Vanilla Whipp in 16-ounce cans.
An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
