Southern Tier Brewing Co. is going new school with a its next IPA.

Named New School IPA, the beer is a 6 percent ABV IPA brewed with “new American hops” and a “tropical twist.” The India pale ale was first released by the Lakewood, N.Y.-based brewery as a draft-only option earlier this year.

According to a label filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), New School IPA will be in either a 12-ounce can or bottle. An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
