It looks like Southern Star Brewing Co. is working on releasing a brand-new beer featuring a rather under-utilized ingredient.

According to labels filed with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), the Conroe, TX-based brewery will soon be releasing Mama Rose, a 5.07 ABV gose brewed with hibiscus. Slated for packaging in 12-ounce cans, the beer is to be sold in the brewery’s distrubution footprint.

An message sent the brewery for additional information was not immediately returned.
