A new collaboration between Side Project Brewing and Jackie O’s Pub & Brewery incorporates a fruit that Side Project has never used before.
Pitter Patter is an 8 percent ABV wild ale conditioned on California pluots, which is a hybrid fruit that combines a plum and apricot. In an email, Cory King, owner and brewmaster of Side Project, told Tenemu that the ale was brewed in November 2016 and was conditioned on the fruit for approximately seven months.

According to a post on Side Project’s Twitter page, Pitter Patter will be packaged in 375ml bottles and will be released exclusively at Side Project in “late March.”
