A former on-premises exclusive release from Side Project Brewing is now available to-go, but only for today.

The beer is Reflections 4/27/2015, consisting of a blend of ales from two different barrels, each of which have “a prestigious lineage.” According to a post on the Maplewood, Mo.-based brewery’s website, the barrels in question contained the first blend of Bière du Pays that was “inoculated with a large dose of our Oude Fermier Blend 1 cultures”, the first Oude du Blé “that later became a thread in the first blend of Tête de Cuvée” and a new saison that was fermented in the unrinsed barrels “to allow and hope that their microenvironment would reemerge in this new beer.”  The resulting blend was then fermented in an oak barrel for more than two years before being bottled in August.

In a post on its Instagram page, Side Project indicates that a limited number of Reflections 4/27/2015 packaged in 375ml bottles are now available to-go at the brewery for today only.
