Side Project Brewing has released a brand new creation: à la Table, a 2.5 percent ABV “farmhouse-inspired table beer.”

The new ale was brewed with buckwheat, oats, pilsner and two different varietals of white wheat before being aged in American oak barrels for six months.

“I brewed this for Karen to enjoy while she was on maternity leave (our son is now 9 months old), so my timing was quite a bit off,” reads a post on Side Project’s Instagram page.

According to Side Project, à la Table is packaged in 750ml bottles ($15) that are now available for purchase at the Side Project Cellar.
