More than a year after it was last seen, Side Project Brewing is releasing La Fosse, a 7 percent ABV “Missouri Wild Ale” aged in oak barrels and conditioned on apricots. This will be the third time that the ale has been released after its debut in 2015 and its rerelease in early 2017.

Previous releases of La Fosse also came in at 7 percent ABV and were aged in “Missouri Oak Chardonnay” barrels for 18 months before being conditioned on apricots sourced from Oregon Apricots for an additional six months.

According to a post on Side Project’s Instagram page, La Fosse Blend 3 will be packaged in 375ml bottles and will feature a purchase limit that will be based on turnout when it is released at both of the brewery’s locations on July 21.

An email sent to the brewery for additional information was not returned.
