After a nearly two month hiatus, SaisonHands is back at Tired Hands Brewing Co.

The “traditional, complex, and zippy” saison comes in at 4.8 percent ABV and is brewed with four different grains including rye, oats and wheat as well as cascade hops. The beer was then fermented in a large oak foudre for two months.

SaisonHands was first released in 2013, with the last release coming in September.

According to a post on the Ardmore, Pa.-based brewey’s Instagram page, SaisonHands batch5 is now available on tap at Tired Hands’ Fermentaria.
